Marge A. Dukes

Marge has a wide variety of experience, in both the private and the public sector. Her public sector experience comes from working for the Transportation Security Administration (TSA) where she was involved in training staff in multiple cities throughout the country. Marge has also served as a member of the Personnel Board on her local City Council. In the private sector, Marge has spent most of her career in management; first in retail sales management and then later the financial industry.

Marge is the Managing Director of the Rx Help Call Center in Madison, TN, where she manages the patient advocates and works with the outside sales force that refers their clients to Rx Help. She stays intimately involved with each client as they work through the complex process until the medicines are received by her clients.  Marge delivers high quality care and compassion and sees to it that all those working in the call center share those same values before they have any contact with our clients.
